35km away from Zhongdian, Shudu Lake is a calm lake surrounded with pastures, and forest flowers. It's a good camping spot in the summertime, and there is a restaurant and guesthouse nearby. There's no public transportation to the lake yet, so you need to rent a car (find a few other people to go with you to keep costs down).
