Does anyone know how much it costs to buy a train ticket from Shenzhen to Chengdu? Will I be able to pre-book the ticket in Hong Kong?

I having the same problem my fligh from Malaysia Air Asia only lands in Shenzen and I need to get to chengdu. How do i get there cheap and fast.
by bus: about RMB400
By train: No direct call, should transit via Guangzhou, the price will be lower, but take longer
