Hong Kong. 6:30 pm.

Got home and look out the window. Ummm… should I go to Mongkok and take some pictures for your guys? Sure…

After shower and grab something to eat, I start my trip to Mongkok. Once I get there, I thought, should I go to watch a movie and forget about this photo essay trip? Nah… nothing good is on so I continue with my photo essay about Mongkok.

So, you will ask where is Mongkok? Please click here for an unofficial explaination of the area. It is an area in Kowloon where it never sleeps, where you can order a bowl of noodles at 3am in the morning or sing karaoke till 7am. Or shop for your running shoes at night or a movie at 2am.

Now, I will walk down the street and take some pictures while I at it. On the right you see a karaoke joint (which has 5 floors).

Continue walk down the street… you will notice how crowded the area.

Notice the promotion girls in the middle of the streets, the ones holding ballons.

Again, absolutely crowded!

Finding my way…

Well, I have to cross the road if I continue photographing. I can't be bothered so I decided to turn right…

This is the famous Ladies' Street.

Pizza Hut anyone?

Am I in Milan?

Fancy some noodles?

Fruit drinks shop, where you can get mango juice or other exotic juice for the same price as Starbucks.

The place where I can get cheap VCDs or DVDs for our movie club.

A place where rich scambaiters get their coffee….

Food stalls.. people are just hungry these days…

Busy traffic on a Monday night…

Okay, a right turn again where people would shop for their sport gear, trainers etc.

Another shop which sells snacks…. Okay, time to go home now.
