you can get discount ticket from benjing to shenzhen it about 200usd,then at shenzhen take metro to hongkong.

http://airchina.travelsky.com around $ 130.--
best deal you can get about one week before departure there are many flight per day.
getting Kowloon per Ferry is also one option
