Hi! I' traveling on february to China.

I plan to pass new years eve in Guillin, and the travel west, up to Lijian. And I would like to go from there to Lhasa, I've read it's posible to flight from Zhongdiang... (or something like that, sorry, I'm not enough used to Chinese names ). Who have more information about this? I need to  get in toucho with a travel agency to get the permit to tibet? or can I buy it directly in that city, before I take the airplane? Does someone know how much time does it take to get the permit?  etc.

I hope someone culd help me!! and other who might get to thise forum looking for the same.
