Will be held in Chengdu, Sichuan, China in November 2007. It is sponsored by Sichuan Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the Sichuan Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Sichuan Chinese Culture Promotion Society, and the Sichuan Provincial Tourism Association. You are welcome to participate in the Fair.

The Fair has been held for eight sessions since 1999 and widely acclaimed. It plays an important role for promoting foreign trade and culture exchange regarding handicrafts and folk artworks. The 9th Fair aims at raising its international influence and professional quality.

Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan with a population of 10,440,000, is the economic, cultural and commercial center of west China. It also ranks top three tourism cities of China. Therefore you can make full use of Chengdu”s unique position and prosperous market to develop your business.

Fair’s Specials

The Fair helps merchants to explore market and producers to find customers, attracts governmental purchase, promotes trade and logistics, and sets links between the educational institutions and the industrial manufacturers.

The Fair has a significant program operated by Sichuan Friendship Association and South Korean organization. Foreign businessmen from South Korea, Thailand, Nepal, and other countries of Middle-East, Southeast Asia and West Europe have been invited to the Fair.

The Fair displays five categories of exhibits:

1. Ethic and folk handicraft, gifts, tourist souvenirs

2. The Zisha Ceramic Teapots and other tea cultural products

3. Excellent calligraphy and paintings

4. Wood root carving artworks and special rock and stone

5. The precious Chinese and foreign jewelries
