      I have an  apartment which is being decorated. I'm looking for  people to rent it,espacilly for one family.
 The following is the detail information about it.

1. Location:   6th Floor, A district Beite Jinxingyuan ,15# Fangcaoxijie,Hi-tech district ,Chengdu
成都市高新区芳草西街15号倍特金杏苑A区
 
2. It's 106 square meters with 1 sitting room and 1 dining room, 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 washroom.
Fully equipped with furniture and appliance,including TV set,  air conditioners, refrigerator,  washmachine,
 telephone and so on
3. The apartment will be available anytime if you want
 
4. Monthly rent: RMB 2500.
   Monthly Electricity, Gas, Water, phone/internet fee to be paid by the leaser

    There are two parks downstairs.It’s a pretty ideal for both living and working.it's very near to
 people's South Road and very convenient to go to bus stops,supermarket(such as Carrefour),hospital,restaurant(including west food restanrant) or gym. Small shops  are conveniently located nearby while it enjoys a pretty view in all sides .
