If the above resolutions do not work, then you can aim for reinstalling the software and use it again from scratch.

 Firstly, download and install Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool.

 Click on the NRnR icon and run the tool.

 Click on 'Remove and Reinstall' option and then on 'Remove.'

 Click on Okay to confirm.

 Restart the system after the software has been uninstalled.

 Now reinstall Norton antivirus by the same method through which you had installed the application.
