     I have a brandnew apartment which is being decorated. I'm looking for foreign people to rent it.  The following is the detail information about it.

3. Apartment will be available from April, 2006.
 
4. Monthly rent: RMB 1,850.
   Monthly Electricity, Gas, Water, phone/internet fee to be paid by the leaser
   2 months of rent as deposit for housing.
