Shaolin Kungfu and Taichi School/Temple/Monastery tucked into a mountainside overlooking a lake, where you can live, eat a strict vegetarian diet, and study Kungfu or Taichi alongside several Chinese kids and some other foreigners for a modest tuition. You can stay for as little as a day, but some stay for many months.
