I am the research assistant to Mark Ehrman who is writing a book
called Getting Out. It's meant to be a practical and inspirational
guide to leaving America. We have been contacting Americans all over
the world and asking them to contribute their advice and

Great to see you here in the Treehouse.
I like the concept of the proposed book,
& see it as an excellent resource manual
for prospective expatriates.
We have a few expatriate westerners here.
However, wtanaka is the first AMERICAN that
