Hey, I'm a first time traveller, and i have some ideas, but im finding it hard to work out all the kinks.

 I wanted to start from London, and then travel to China, and visit, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Xian, and Beijing, from beijing i would go to Seoul, from seoul to Fukouko in Japan, and then on to Tokyo. I've tried working out most ways of travelling, but it seems hard to get from Hong Kong to Xian, is it actually that difficult? Also, i'd be making a fair few journeys in china, isn't there some sort of railcard you can get rather than paying for each individual train ride.

Really, as much help as possible would be appreciated, I'm a first time traveller, without an excess of money, but would like to take my time and visit what China, South Korea and Japan have to offer.
