I'm looking for cheap flights from Kunming or Lijiang to Hong Kong. The cheapest one I have found so far is with Dragonair for about EUR 200 one way. Surely there must be better deals?
Hong Kong is still an "international" flight, even though it's part of China. The best bet for a much cheaper flight is to fly to Shenzhen and then ferry or bus your way to Hong Kong.
The way the c trip link is posted above doesn't work, it has to have www in front. (but it does work if you type it in that way.) So, for all the lazy people

Thanks. I found one with Shenzen Airlines for USD 145 one way (Kunming-Shenzhen). I guess this is reasonable?

I did that trip myself. so I knew you could do better. I've checked now and I could find much cheaper ticket on ELONG:
