Open since 1995, Dali airport now flies 35 flights a week.
Direct flights to:
* Kunming (daily)
* Jinghong
* Changsha
* Tianjin
Flights change seasonally, and sometimes weekly. No public busses run to the airport, though there is sometimes a shuttle bus. Ask in town for details. A taxi costs around 35 yuan and takes about 30 minutes.
Travel agents abound on Jianshe (建设) Road in Xiaguan, and on just about every single street in Dali.
