Hi all! Wtanaka lured me to this site from TT with promises of advice re: Huashan

I'm going to be in China in November 2005 as part of a bigger trip throughout Asia, as well as a side trip to Australia. Any stories are appreciated.

My personal interest in China - well being Chinese-Canadian is a good start. I think it's a great idea for everyone to explore their cultural heritage. A while ago I read some great books by Jan Wong (a Chinese-Canadian journalist) who was the Chinese correspondant for a large newspaper in Canada, about her experiences. She brough an interesting perspective to things, and I'm hoping to gain some first hand experiences of my own while I'm there.
