how much are you wanting to spend?
there are a few compenies that do tours in Yunnan. friends of mine who are on the high end of the scale. they are pro and offer tours that get you into areas no one else is even thinking of.

BTW, tiger leaping gorge is not so much a treck as a light walk along a well beaten path. you could do it on you own, three days tops if you do every side track along the way.
