Notes
The entire country of China uses a single timezone based on the location of Beijing. While travelling around the country is less confusing because you never need to change your watch, it means that the sun rises a lot earlier and sets a lot later in the western part of the country. Because of this, business hours in the western provinces may be shifted later in the day. Additionally, in Xinjiang province, you might encounter times expressed in Xinjiang Time, which is two hours behind Beijing (and China) time. Be sure to clarify which timezone is indended.
