If you plan on having trick-or-treaters come through your garden to the doorway you need to look at everything from a small kid's point of few. When they run up to the doorway on halloween decorations will they see the electric cable from the discussing bones relaxing by the sidewalk? Will they find the actual candlestick losing in the pumpkin that is seated right next to the door? Will they create sure their creature of the night cpe or queen gown does not come close to it or will they only think about getting the sweets into their bag?

Use battery power powered candlestick lighting in any pumpkins or other designs that are on the process to your home or on the patio near the doorway. Actual candlestick lighting should only be used where kids won't be coming near them and you can keep an eye on the decoration/pumpkin with the candlestick. It's up to you to think about the hazards before you light those candlestick lighting.

If you use shaded lighting in your entry you need to cause them to become shiny enough for good exposure on the road to your home. Be sure all your halloween decorations are set away from the main strolling direction. You don't want any kid to be stumbling over them.
