I have a friend who recently went to China and assures me I would feel quite at home in the Northeastern and North Central provinces. I am not really big on large cities as I have almost always lived in small towns but I hear there are some great opportunities for English speakers as well as English teachers so I am now looking.

BEIJING (Reuters) - A 19-year-old Chinese student recorded the killing and dismembering of her married lover by her boyfriend, local media said on Friday.
The second-year student in the southwestern province of Yunnan, her boyfriend and another male accomplice had all been arrested after the killing last month, the Southern Metropolis Daily said.
The victim, 39, was a married manager at a local highway and bridge building company, the newspaper said.

Burrito tortillas and bagels don't approach the real thing, but it's a stylish and lively place with good food. The "home style fries" are much more like french fries than fried potatos. Extra credit for whoever added the green tea ice cream/ginger ale float to the menu. It's expensive, but surprisingly not awful.
hi ! Yunnan is my hometown,but I studied in Sanya,Hainan for three years,It's also very beautiful place in China,I still miss Yunnan,now Iam in kunming,so happy to back here,hope to work in kunming ,so pity I found the salary here is low compare with Sanya.
