TWH - Tai Wan Hotel - TAI WAN HOTEL SUCKS

I stayed at the Tai wan Hotel on the 3rd floor of the chungking in January 07... when I checked in the lady at the front desk was just interested in getting my money... First room she shows me was a mess even by backpacker standards... so I asked her to show me a room on the other side of the hotel... the good rooms, NO. No, no she said those rooms are 300 Hong Kong dollars I told her well that’s what I want... then she said no all full.. then she took me to a back room located in get this the sheet close... well it was much better than the first one she showed me... stay here to night and I change you tomorrow.. well tomorrow came and went by and I still was not changed to another room... so I asked in person again... no other room except the one I already shoe you.. if you don’t want that I give you your money back she says... This lady is a peace of work... the room she left me in if a converted storage room... she keeps coming in to the room to get to a back room where they keep luggage for guest... and won’t change the room... She put all the Asian people on the good side of the hotel in the good rooms and the Europeans and other on the poor run dong side the side I refused to stay in... The roof tiles in the storage room she put me in is being held up with brown box tape and dust and mold is in the air constantly... I’m never been treated like this ever... and I will never go back or stay at this hotel again... and I advise ever a\American and European to stay away from here like the plague... take your money some where else... the 16th floor of chungking mansion is a good friendly place for everyone... it's not so glitzy but the warm and friendly people you will find there will make your stay enjoyable.. the chungking DELUX Hotel on the 5th floor is also good... and they have high

speed internet access...

in short Tai wan Hotel BAD...

Take your money Anywhere else. and have a happy vacation...
